Cash Office The primary objective of the Cash Office is to collect money due to the University. The Cash Office is dedicated to providing courteous and outstanding customer service and accurate posting of student accounts. The Cash Office will continue to develop innovative ways to provide customers with quality and timely service. Internally, the Cash Office will continue to monitor operational functions in order to reduce processing time; while maintaining a high level of internal controls and professional accuracy.
Bills will not be mailed for registrations and schedule adjustments after the initial bill date has passed. Students must check Patriot Web for balance due, verify registration, and pay at the Cash Office by the due date listed. Note: Semester Payment Plan requires signed contract and downpayment. Students are responsible for dropping by the Bill Due date listed above, all classes, including waitlisted classes, they do not plan to complete. Tuition liability may apply.
