PPEA

PPEA is the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act. The Act grants responsible public entities authority to create public-private partnerships for development of a wide range of projects for public use if the public entities determine there is a need for such projects and that private involvement may provide the project in a more timely or cost-effective fashion.
