Footer Template Design
|
Marketplace uStore and uPay Admins have likely noted that items that used to be displayed in your "hamburger menu" at the top left of your store are now displaying in your store footer.
|
The curtain navigation panel has been removed and the data migrated to the new footer component and category navbar. This footer component displays Mason’s Mall footer on every page in uStores/uPay so that your policies are always easily accessible.

The Return Policy content and Contact Us email can be updated under Store Template Setup>General Layout Tab >Store Footer
|
|
|
Common settings and the ability to add additional customized links or information can be updated under Store Template Setup>Single Store Customization > Store Footer
|
|

Marketplace FY23 Deadline
|
All Marketplace Credit Card Transactions must be submitted by June 29, 2022 by 10:30pm.
|
The Fiscal year-end (FY23) deadlines have been established so that sufficient time is available to complete the purchase and payment processes by June 30, 2022.

Marketplace Detail Codes
Updated to Chart P

The university is transitioning to a new Chart of Accounts (Chart P) on July 1. Established Marketplace detail codes will not change, but starting July 1 the FOAPAL elements behind the detail codes will update to the Chart P FOAPAL elements. You may have heard that TouchNet administration is now part of the new Fiscal Services Treasury Management department. All university departments. including Fiscal Services have been affected by knowledge and service gaps this year caused by department reorganizations and employee attrition challenges.
|
Expect to receive information by the end of June on our TouchNet Liaison Program, a collaborative effort that will encourage cross-training, knowledge and document sharing and support the university initiative for succession planning. The TouchNet Liaison Program will be a critical component to eCommerce solutions at Mason going forward.
