Chart P Transition Complete
The transition to the new Chart of Accounts (Chart P) was successfully completed and we are now completely operating in the new chart! The achievement of this project is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the campus community and your fellow colleagues.
|
Please note that the MicroStrategy Administrative Project only reports activity from Chart 1(through FY22). Reporting in Chart P (FY23 – forward) is located in the MicroStrategy Patriot Reporting project. A core set of centrally-managed reports are being developed to accommodate business reporting needs and align the institution to a standard system of record about our enterprise data. Please use the central reports first before creating departmentally supported unique reporting. To learn more about this project and how it impacts you, please review https://coa.gmu.edu/. To find the most up-to-date information on chart conversion activities, see https://coa.gmu.edu/project-status/.
