Registration Now Open – Boot Camp, Wednesday, April 27
Registration is now open for The 2022 Fiscal Transformation Boot Camp! Join us for this immersive learning experience. During this inaugural Boot Camp, we will demonstrate how individuals interact within the new Chart of Accounts (Chart P). The focus will be on the Chart of Accounts Redesign and provide introductory training to all levels of the Mason community as we embrace our new business structure. The 2022 Boot Camp will be VIRTUAL and each session will be recorded. This will allow you to actively participate in one session (per time slot) during the Boot Camp and review other sessions at your convenience after the event. All the information you need may be found here: https://fiscal.gmu.edu/boot-camp/

In addition to refreshing the learning pathways, the VIP team will also be capturing progress for end-users who already started their self-paced training (through March 4). Learners who have completed the self-paced training will not be required to retake the refreshed training. However, it will still be available to you should you wish to review it.

Fiscal Year-End (FY22)
The university’s fiscal year ends on June 30, 2022. We encourage departments to begin planning purchases and/or payments to ensure that supplies, equipment, and services paid from Educational and General (E&G) funds are delivered and paid for by the university’s fiscal year-end. In order to pay for goods and/or services in FY22 the goods must have been delivered, all services must have been rendered, and the invoice(s) must be received in Accounts Payable (acctpay@gmu.edu) by June 8, 2022.
The Fiscal Year-End Deadlines can be found, here: https://fiscal.gmu.edu/controllers/year-end-deadlines/.
