Fiscal Year-End (FY22)
The university’s fiscal year ends on June 30, 2022. We encourage departments to begin planning purchases and/or payments to ensure that supplies, equipment, and services paid from Educational and General (E&G) funds are delivered and paid for by the university’s fiscal year-end. In order to pay for goods and/or services in FY22 the goods must have been delivered, all services must have been rendered, and the invoice(s) must be received in Accounts Payable (acctpay@gmu.edu) by June 8, 2022.
The Fiscal Year-End Deadlines can be found, here: https://fiscal.gmu.edu/controllers/year-end-deadlines/.

Delayed - Transition to New eVA
We were informed on April 18 by the Department of General Services (DGS) that the Go Live date for new eVA, May 2, has been pushed back. DGS is working on a new timeline and will communicate that soon, but we have been assured there will be at least a 30-day notice provided before the new go-live date. The use of the current version of eVA and functionality will continue as normal at this time. Additional information is available here https://fiscal.gmu.edu/purchasing/use-eva-purchasing/
