AP Forms in Ellucian Workflow
|
With a focus on process automation and in partnership with the ITS Workflow Team we are pleased to announce that several Accounts Payable forms will transition to Ellucian Workflow for submission and approval (previously PDF fillable documents) on March 1, 2023. We encourage you to attend a virtual demonstration of the new forms on March 7, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. This session will be recorded and quick guides will be available shortly.

MicroStrategy Reconciliation Report Updates
|
The Organization Reconciliation Reports in MicroStrategy were updated on January 31, 2023 based on extensive user feedback and testing. The MicroStrategy Reporting Updates webpage details these changes. An overview and demonstration of these updates was shared at the January Beyond the Basics session and the recording is available for review at https://fiscal.gmu.edu/boot-camp/.

Fiscal Services Boot Camp Save the Date

Save the Date for the Spring 2023 Fiscal Transformation Boot Camp on May 5, 2023 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Spring Boot Camp will focus on Fiscal Services initiatives while we plan for a Fall Boot Camp in partnership with other Administrative units such as Information Technology Services, Human Resources, and the Office of Strategic Budget and Planning.
