Accessing P-Card Information

Should you experience any issues with your P-Card being declined, or you would like to review your card limits and available balance, or transaction information you may do so by logging in to Bank of America Works or Global Card Access to assess the current status of your card.

For issues such as a lost or stolen card, or concerns of fraud, or misuses please contact Bank of America (https://www.bankofamerica.com/customer-service/contact-us/) before reaching out to the P-Card Administrator.

P-Card Allocation:

State policy requires the total amount of the University’s P-Card invoice to be paid in full each month. An individual using the P-Card is responsible for allocating their transactions in Mason Finance Gateway, here: https://fiscal.gmu.edu/mason-finance-gateway/. Training Requirement for Mason Finance Gateway System Access

All employees are required to complete the Mason Finance Gateway Navigation training prior to receiving access. This 30 minute online training provides users with an understanding of how to navigate the new system. To access the training go to https://masonleaps.gmu.edu/ and login with your NetID and password. Locate the training under the “Required Training” tab.  Please refer to the Training Guide for assistance.
