Engagement Opportunities and Resources

The Budget Model Redesign is an important initiative aimed at developing a resource allocation model that aligns with the university’s strategic priorities. To ensure transparency and gather valuable input, we are committed to keeping the university community informed and engaged throughout the process. We invite all members of the community to weigh in as we work together to create a budget model that works best for George Mason.
