Self-Service Labor Redistribution

Overview

Labor Redistribution self-service in Banner allows departments to submit and approve their own edits to Labor distributions. This functionality will replace central office (OSP, Budget) processing of the Funding Change form.  

This will create efficiency in processing time required and elapsed time from request to the Labor Redistribution being completed, eliminate errors through Banner validation of entered distributions, and simplify the process to perform a labor redistribution.  

This effort is in alignment with the move to self-service for ePAF submissions and approvals, as well as with the goals of using Banner functionality where available to improve business processes.

After completing the training, you will gain access to process Labor Redistributions via the employee dashboard in Patriot Web
