Change P-Card Account
The cardholder may permanently or temporarily alter the status of his/her P-Card using the P-Card Maintenance form. Credit limits, P-Card supervisor, mailing address or employment status may be modified. This form should be submitted by email to P-Card Administrator, fax at 3-2589 or by mail at MSN 3C1.
Change Cardholder Status >>
- Cardholders must notify the P-Card Administrator whenever a change to the cardholder’s Mason status occurs.
- In instances such as termination of employment or transfer to another department, the cardholder must immediately notify the P-Card Administrator.
- To update cardholder status with the P-Card Administrator, the cardholder must:

To change or update a cardholder’s P-Card supervisor:
- Fax to 3-2589.
- Campus mail to MSN 3C1.
Inactive P-Card Supervisor >>
A cardholder with an inactive P-Card supervisor for seven or more days may have his/her P-Card suspended until a replacement P-Card supervisor is provided.
