AP Forms in Ellucian Workflow
With a focus on process automation and in partnership with the ITS Workflow Team we are pleased to announce that several Accounts Payable forms will transition to Ellucian Workflow for submission and approval (previously PDF fillable documents) on March 1, 2023. We encourage you to attend a virtual demonstration of the new forms on March 7, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. This session will be recorded and quick guides will be available shortly.
The following forms are transitioning to Ellucian Workflow —
- Externally Funded Fellowship Support Form
- Participant Support Allowance Form
- Scholarship/Fellowship Form for the period of non-enrollment
- Payment Request Form
- Revenue Refund Form
- Honorarium Payment Form
